Wednesday Maintenance Barre/Open Ballet

Service Description

This 60-minute Monday Maintenance Barre / Open Ballet class is a welcoming, energizing session designed for adult + teen dancers who want to maintain progress, build endurance, and stay connected to their practice throughout the week. Open to all levels with some prior dance experience, the class includes a warm-up, a series of traditional classical barre exercises, and a stretch. Perfect as a weekly “maintenance” class, it supports continued growth between regular classes and offers an additional, affordable opportunity to dance in a relaxed, low-pressure setting. Dress Code: Comfy, form-fitting clothes + ballet shoes + hair secured back. Price: $10/drop in (included in full-session registrations for all adult dance programs). Note that the “Maintenance Barre” class is scheduled on Wednesday from Sept-Oct 14, and as of Oct 19 it changes to Mondays.
